    The irony: unlike MGM's previous DVD release, and (apparently) the upcoming Kino Blu-ray, MGM's old laserdisc release of VIVA MARIA! had both the original French and the dubbed U.S. theatrical soundtracks as options... with non-removable English subtitles (a technical limitation of the format)...
