The problem I had with this event/scene was that why didn't DL simply touch Niki and phase? The bullet would have passed through BOTH of them (such as when they are able to pass through walls together). Also, someone mentioned the Haitian a few posts back... What the hell happened to him...

I did forget about that but didn't he abandon it in an alley when HRG "found" him in NY? I guess he went back to get it... Also of note, there's a pretty big spoiler in the comics concerning certain relationships... ties some things together. -Brian
