David, there will indeed be episodes of Justice League: Unlimited that will be confusing if you have not seen some of the episodes of the first two seasons of Justice League. All of Bruce Timm's superhero productions have an underlying continuity throughout.
If the question of a reboot is directed toward the program itself, then the answer is no. Unlimited follows continuity with both Justice League and Superman: The Animated Series.
Sign me up for a widescreen version of any and all seasons. I must admit that as much as I love this program I'm not sure if I can bring myself to pick up the first season in fullscreen. I personally disregard any earlier comments that fullscreen is the OAR of the first season. Most of you...
Well, if you are advocating releases that differ from the way they were produced you are definitely in the minority here and may not win many friends on this forum... Good luck. OTHER STUFF... The Digital Bits lists Teen Titans: The Complete First Season being released on February 7th...
A skip option would indeed be nice, but as for not being able to see why anyone would "want those interruptions", I see that you are new here (welcome!) so you may not be aware that the mission statement of this site is to get films and television programs released on DVD in the manner they were...

There would be no panning nor scanning. The safe areas would be eliminated in an anamorphic transfer, and those without anamorphic displays would get a letterboxed image.
If the producer's preferred aspect ratio for season one of Justice League is widescreen, then that is how it should be released. This is the way I saw the program on the Cartoon Network, and an anamorphic release would be greatly appreciated by myself and others with 16x9 monitors.
