I would guess with '0ver 40 hours of supplements' they will be DVD9 (although I imagine the 40 hours includes commentaries and the extended versions of each film).

Large R1 boxsets from Play often have customs charges applied now. It's a lottery - sometimes you win, sometimes you loose. Play no longer refund custom charges either. There are no custom charge worries with Play R2 sets, so they pre-pay the charges when sending the package.

Well, going back to Bill 'Speculation' post, this was posted in response to one of my posts on aec.arts.dr.who today by Steve Roberts of the Doctor Who Restoration Team:
