Get ahold of DMR/DMA and let them know you got a copy of the movie missing the code. They'll have you give them the needed info from the box, and get you a new code - OR if you've registered the points on DMR, you can go to your history and it will show you the old code, which is the same code...
The code has not been redeemed in any way, but I'm not sure if it will redeem in DMA, as this was purchased before Disney bought Marvel. I didn't realize I had this, until I was pulling some of my discs out and noticed this one had a digital copy (I bought a copy of Thor this week).

Another question now - is it possible to make custom menus in movies on the Apple TV? I don't like their predefined "kids and family" etc. I want to be abLe to make a specific selection for my daughter that I can pick and choose the movies that show up.
I don't think "Apple is doing it wrong"....but consumers aren't always big on jumping on new ideas. I think digital copies of movies is a hard pill for a LOT of people to swallow. in the first few years of itunes, I think it was a pretty narrow customer base, but I'd say now a days they do...
Hell, I would just like one device that let's me play from all of my sources (iTunes, Vudu, Amazon, etc).....
It is very annoying you have to choose which provider you are going to go with, and just try and stick with that rather than to just have an open medium of digital videos....
You can use iTunes on any PC and stream that to a TV, allowing iTunes playback on more than just Apple TVs and iOS devices....
