I have FilmStruck, but don't use it as often as I'd like (especially since I only ever stream it on my laptop or my bedroom television). Did a quick spot-check on Raintree here and there, but will try to watch the whole film either this or next weekend depending on my free time.

An extended version of the film that re-instates all the finished animation, provided they still exist in the archives scenes (such as this one, which someone reconstructed online)...

If they were just offering the extended footage as supplements, I would assume they'd be HD, similar to how "If I Never Knew You" in Pocahontas was presented in HD on the Blu-Ray, but not as a branching option...
How long does it run? The 2001 DVD for Bedknobs runs a little over 20 minutes, but the 2009 DVD cuts it down to 11, with the aforementioned cuts being all of Scott MacQueen's talk about the restoration.

Same here. My siblings and I would imitate that scene all the time.
We also were masters at "Step in Time" from Mary Poppins and the whole "cleaning the cottage" sequence in Sleeping Beauty.
Yeah, it's discussed in the "Music Magic" featurette (which as you said was chopped on the 2009 release). It's still amazing to see just how far they could get the image to look when compared to what they were working with.
A friend of mine showed me a comparison video for The King and I, between a 2005 HD transfer and the Blu-Ray. Not only was it different (as Matt pointed out), but apparently the Blu-Ray is slightly cropped, too. :(
I'll wait out for single releases (maybe in Target digibooks?) and buy them...

Yes. I still have it on VHS somewhere. It was a two-night affair, which made me think it was a television miniseries, as I was 9 at the time. I can't remember much of what was added, and unfortunately, I can't check, as the VHS is at my parents' home out-of-state.
Been looking forward to this coming to Blu-Ray for a long time. One of my favorite films of all time. The DVD is non-anamorphic (and by today's standards, looks absolutely terrible), so I'm looking forward to finally retiring it in favor of this Blu-Ray.
For what it's worth, the menu and scene index listed for the DVD over at barnesandnoble.com show that it's labeled "Stella Dallas (1925)" and contains 11 chapters.
