Ok, so I am now able to hear sound out of all the speakers. I am however having a problem hear much sound out of the sub. I hear some but not much. Any ideas?

Ok, am I just retarded or did any of you have a difficult time settting up your receiver right out of the box? I have ran the auto setup, it sees all speakers except the sub. But I cannot get any sound to come out of the surround speakers at all. Can someone throw me a bone here? Scott

What do you guys think? I have seen a few reviews but nothing comparing head to head. I have seen the Denon going for around $740 and the Yamaha for about $650. Is there any discernable difference between the 2? Scott
