Wasn't a two-disc SE coming this year? Any news out there?

Anybody know of a good method for cleaning DVD's? Just acquired a Japanese "Space Battleship Yamato" set, and one of the discs has that great mold release/hard plastic funk-like stain that's guarenteed to make you player smoke and throw itself out the window...:laugh: Any help would be...

Okay, just out of curiousity-we all seem to agree that A&E is phasing out their UK tv shows (ie: Space:1999, etc.)-my question is-what's the chances someone else in the US will pick up these rights? Sure, I guess "The Prisoner" will get scooped up, but "The Persuaders!"...hmnnn, maybe not...

So I'm looking around, thinking about plunking down for both Season sets of The Monkees-and I'm noticing lots of folks have season 2, but season 1 nowhere to been seen (or, if seen, not cheap-think $95+!!) I', sure they're still available through Rhino, but it does seem strange that Season 1...
