i'm just replying to say that the Perfect Vision now has a review of the Pioneer Elite VSX-52TX in their January/Feburary issue

i would say that Pioneer is ford and Pioneer Elite is Lincoln Mercury like the Mercury Mariner is the VSX-52TX, Mercury Mountanainer is the VSX-54TX and VSX-56TXi and the Lincoln Navigator the VSX-59TXi

well i have a Pioneer Elite receiver and i use the THX the whole time (just for movies) but for radio and else i use one of the dsps or just stereo, i do like the THX processing and much better than the dsps i don't know for me it brings the movie into life, that's my comment.

i want to know also if the 52TX can handle 4ohm speakers because i want to buy some speakers that sound really nice and i would think they sound beautifully with the Elite receiver but i want to know to if it could drive them because i've heard that the Elite have had trouble handeling 4ohm...
