hey all, i just got a new sub from a factory sale. it's a boston acoustics cs 10 sub. i plug it in, turn it on, and this is the sound i get: i take out the input, same thing. is this a bum sub or am i doing something wrong?

i tried that. and, it didnt do anything. i also tried doing it periodically.
