I LOVE this idea and totally support the thought of having all the Broadway Melody films on one set. Besides, that will also help bring some of Eleanor Powell films to DVD.

Any news on this set yet? Warner passed a golden opportunity not to release it on her upcoming birthday -- August, 8th. We've been waiting almost two years for this and nothing solid has surfaced yet. What gives?

Me too - I LUV the Inspector cartoons!!! And that tune - I just can't get it out of my mind! I know it's from A shot in the dark, but it really works as a cartoon tune, as well!

People not liking the 3rd Matrix as much as the other first two didn't stop Warner from announcing a gigantic 10 (!) disc boxset of the trilogy (yes, trilogy - they are releasing 7 (!) discs of extras!). This Exorcist 7 DVD Box would make a lot more sense.

Re: Ripping Friends There is a 2xDVD in Australia containing ALL the 13 episodes of this short lived series. I have it and can confirm that the A/V presentation is very good. There are no subs or extras, though.
