I've seen a lot written about connecting components, but I can't find anything that says how many amps and how many outlets I will need for my HT to be safe if and when I expand. I'm asking about the audio and video requirements. Obviously, room lighting and accessories will vary.

I saw the Pioneer DV59AVI (DVD player/recorder) given incredible hype on a recent Yahoo video. It sounds fabulous even with a list of $1600. Does anyone own one and/or have an opinion on whether it is worth the price? I am trying to reconcile my budget with wanting the best of everything.
