My experience with AR cables has not been good. Granted I have just tried the ones you can buy just about anywhere, but the ones I have tried all had an inferior picture to just ordinary cheap stock cables. I think you'll definitely see an improvement with higher quality cables. Scott

I do agree the consensus is that the Panasonic has a better internal scaler and black levels. However, I am hoping that the soon to be released video cards for the Pioneer will allow for an improvement in scaling. Scott
