Wow, lots of good news. Namely that the Daredevil director's cut is actually coming, and that they're not abandoning Hulk because of it's poor box-office performance. :emoji_thumbsup:
Hopefully this isn't the case with all discs. Maybe there's just a "bad batch" like there was of the LOTR: TTT discs. If this is a problem with all the discs then .
The movie intruiged me when I saw the trailer but I wasn't able to catch the movie in theaters. It sounds like something I'd really like but with your negative comments about it I'm not sure what I'll do.
In my opinion The Lion King II: Simba's Pride and Peter Pan in Return to Neverland are the best. Beauty and the Beast: The Enchanted Christmas and Stitch!: The Movie are just a step below those two. Lady and the Tramp II: Scamp's Adventure and 101 Dalmatians II: Patch's London Adventure are...
I hope this is true because, while I have always wanted to pick up the Spongebob DVDs, I never have. Maybe they'd offer some sort of rebate for the people who have already bought some of the existing DVDs.
Great review! I'll definitely be getting this. I just rented the first release because I knew they were making this one. The free coupon for a movie ticket is a nice little bonus :)
The screenshots are great, but if it comes to it, get rid of them altogether. Your reviews are awesome, the screenshots are great, but the review is most important :)
I was going to wait for the Special Edition set but after reading your review I changed my mind. Great work, Ron! I cannot wait to add this to my dvd library!
Great review Ron! You almost talked me into buying the set but *gets ready to be flamed* the BTTF movies never did too much for me, and I can't justify spending $40 on movies I'll never watch.
I don't mean to try to "educate" anyone since I'm a new member, but you really shouldn't turn a movie off after 30 minutes. I can't say this with Reign of Fire since I haven't seen it but it's probably the same case, anyways, I came very close to turning off both "Signs" and "Eight Legged...
It's hard to believe that Monsters, Inc. has already beaten out all the others on that list when it was just recently released. I guess it's probably because people have been waiting for it for a while.
When I got Monsters, Inc. my little brothers and sisters told me to make it full frame but I made it widescreen every time we watched it anyways. I eventually showed them full frame once and 5 minutes into the movie they told me to make it widescreen :D
"Our review will be up Tuesday afternoon.
Not saying anything till then. :)"
That was very cruel of you Ron, it would have been better if you hadn't said anything at all. ;)
Great review! :emoji_thumbsup:
I thought the movie was pretty good but wasn't planning on getting it because of all the other good dvds being released but now after reading your review I'll probably pick it up
