    My New HT!

Clay, I also have six can lights in the ceiling that you can't see in the photos. Without them, the room would be way too dark for watching sports (back two rows of lights on low, screen lights and first row of lights off), and also cleaning the room, etc. Charles, I would guess about 15-16'...

    My New HT!

I am using a CC40R filter on my HS10. It's an Optiflex filter purchased from enhancedht.com. I had my dad make a custom holder for the 4"x4" filter that mounts to the front of the projector mount. It's true that the supplied cinema filter does not fit on the optional lens, but the CC40R...

    My New HT!

Right now, the projector is about 20.5' from the 92"x52" screen. This is really at the boundary of the range. I may be able to go a little further back and still maintain that screen size (maybe another 6" or so).

    My New HT!

My dad actually made the projector mount for me. It's made out of 1" square aluminum tubing and allows for very precise alignment. -D

The room took over two years working mostly weekends and some nights. I had a lot of help from family to make this a reality. Thanks, Dino

    My New HT!

Thanks Parker. I bought a B-stock optional long throw lens for my HS10 for only $250 (compared to the $1500 list price!). This allows me to have the projector about 20' from a 92"x52" screen. Wes, I wish I could take credit for building the panels, but I bought them from...

    My New HT!

I posted this on AVS Forum a few weeks back, and decided to share it with you folks here as well. After about 2 years of working on weekends/nights, my home theater is ready. My family helped a lot with the building, and I couldn't have done it without them. We did everything except the...

Oh My God!! I Could Cry!!

LaMarcus, I would definitely not buy those Berkline chairs for $1299! I couldn't tell if you were being serious or not when you mentioned that they were "only" $1299, but this is the most expensive price I have ever seen mentioned for Berkline Home Theater recliners. I bought six leather...
