I'm surprised at the apparent lack of interest in this sale; it really is a good deal, with better prices even than DVD Planet (which usually beats DDD on Criterions) during their respective 20%-off sales. I've placed a couple of orders so far: The Thief of Bagdad $32.36 The Furies $32.36...
Excellent idea. Starting next week, please include in your Roundup only those titles including the word, "Pokemon." It'll save us all a lot of time sifting through the chaff to get to the Weavile. Thanks!
Yikes, decisions! I was also bummed that Amazon apparently kicked the price back up to what everyone else is selling Mariposa for. My little princess has the doll, so I guess it'll be either Target or BB. Hmmmm.....

Can't get the link to the promo page to work, but it's featured in the middle at the top of the main HD DVD page on Amazon. Pretty decent selection of titles! Great sale, especially for those of us who still have the 10%-off thing active, because the system takes 10% off each of the three...
I don't remember seeing anything about deals on the A2 anywhere. Couple of places will apparently have decent deals on the A3. Amazon actually has right now what I think is the best deal going on the A3 -- $199 with 2 movies in the box (300, Bourne Identity), plus you get to pick 3 free...
Star Trek: The Original Series - Season One on HD DVD is now eligible for the discount, $106.28 shipped (backorder, but it seems like they're usually pretty good about getting popular items back in stock quickly). :) Link: http://www.deepdiscount.com/viewprod...uctId=21985351
The Ocean's 11/12/13 box set is now available for ordering (out-of-stock, but you *can* place an order) at Deep Discount with one of the 20%-off codes -- $43.96. They haven't changed Star Trek Season One HD DVD from pre-order status yet....
I agree that the DDD HD prices are nothing to write home about, especially in light of all the deals popping up recently, so I went looking around the DVD Planet website instead and placed a couple of 20%-off orders there with the code ("20offsale") that vendor has released (multiple-use code...

FYI, just saw that BestBuy.com has Seinfeld seasons 1-8 for $16.99 each; I went ahead and ordered 7 and 8 for in-store pickup. Debated waiting and just getting the series set through B&N with the 50%-off/MasterCard code, or waiting until the seemingly-inevitable DDD 20%-off sale, or through...
I have 300 and Bourne *Identity* in my (Best Buy) box (matching the sticker/print on the outside of the box about the 2 titles inside the box), and I've seen multiple posts over at AVS saying the same thing. Toshiba apparently changed the Bourne title recently.
Regarding whether the A2 or A3 is the better value with the current deals, don't see much difference. A2 apparently has the 'better' optical sound option for most folks, while the A3 allegedly loads faster and is a little sleeker-looking. The A3 is also the newer model, for whatever that's worth...
I did see a couple of posts over at AVS (among the gobs discussing this sale in threads all over the forum) indicating some WMs, for some reason, had not put up the involved HD DVD aisle displays yet but were planning to do so for tomorrow (per WM employees) with the stuff still boxed up in...
