I've tried several subs, even a svs, at my house. My bro has axiom m60's and just got a svs(25-31) sub(because I wanted it!!!). I much prefer what I have. This is my opinion, yours will vary.

I have had same problem. The last thing I tried, of course, fixed the problem. It was the damn rf coax cables. I bought some $20 buck monster rf cables and it fixed the problem.

Yes, thanks. I love the receiver, but this dvd changer is going going gone! There are no audio or video adjustments. Pop in a dvd and hope it plays satisfactory. Even my 3 year old sony has 5 different picture options.
