I watched disc 1 last night... Audio is good, but video is pretty sad. Lots of "jaggies" seen on my Sony XBR. I guess this disc would look okay on a low rez TV. Suffice it to say, I was disappointed by the quality. I'm glad this series is finally on DVD, but I give it...:thumbsdown:
1. Lord of the Rings - Fellowship of the Ring (4-disc Extended Edition) Possibly the best looking and sounding DVD out there right now. The two extras discs give great insight into the making of the film. 2. Fight Club (2-disc SE) Awesome. Just awesome. Especially the opening credits...

I'm thinking of getting the 32 inch Sony XBR450, but I was wondering how your basic cable looks on this set. I was at the store checking the set out, and they had ESPN2 on and the picture looked crappy as hell. I know DVDs look great on this set, but how does "regular" or analog cable look on a...

You better sell it now, before people catch on. I bet once everyone realizes a new version's coming out, you won't get more than 10 bucks for the old one.
Besides ebay, does anybody know where I can get a copy? It's out of print, and I haven't the slightest clue as to why it's OOP. The vol. 1&2 DVD is still available on Rhino's website.
