Whatever video output you have from the receiver to the monitor needs to be the same as all video inputs into the receiver. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I actually listened to these quite a bit when I was looking for speakers. They are great speakers for a great price. Definately go with a sub if you are using them as mains. Other than that they are a great speaker at a reasonable price.
