Just got it from J&R. It was set up for PAL and region 2. I got it changed to ntsc (believe me, not easy trying to follow OSM when the screen is rolling fast!!!) but I still can't play region one discs. Philips wants me to send it back, but that seems like a hassle. It's there an easy hack...
