I still have my land line for 2 reasons:
1. DSL. Last time I checked, my cable company only has high-speed download. Upload was still dial-up (yikes)! Another reason I still have DirecTV.
2. Mother-in-Law, who lives with us, has Life Alert and they need a land-line to communicate. I'm sure if...
I strictly drink the hot chocolate and have never experienced this. Plus, the packets hold a h*ll of a lot more powder than the K-cups.
The only draw-back to the hot chocolate is hat you have to run a cycle of plain hot water after brewing. Maybe you got a bad batch?
My wife loves the Keurig that I got for her however, me not being a coffee person, I'm a little disappointed in the choices that are offered for hot chocolate drinkers. Basically, there are only a few, with most of the major players offering their milk chocolate variety and only one dark...
He is another story to add to the confusion:
I have a male Black Lab/Border Collie/Chow mix that is 10 years old, along with a male Coon Hound that just turned 2. I have a fenced in yard that both dogs are free to run about and use as they see fit. Also, there are no trees in the yard.

A few thing to keep in mind when looking for a replacement:
1. The size of the plug that goes into the equipment.
2. The polarity of the plug (positive center vs. negative center).
3. Voltage & amperage of the "wall wart" should match exactly (12V, 200mA, etc.) or as close as possible.
Yes, Jim, the fan does run on high. And, like Jason says, they do take some getting use to. Especially the "warming up" period, which is a little longer in colder weather.
I've had CFLs in the ceiling fan in my bedroom for years. The fan runs all night, every night while we are sleeping and the bulbs seem to always work when we turn on the light.
The coupons actually say "Coupon may not be reproduced, transferred or used in conjunction with any other offer", and when printed out it states in bold letters underneath, "This coupon cannot be combined with any other offer.". So, did anyone have any luck combining the offers?
Is it worth the upgrade from SD to Blu for "Uncle Buck"? It is a guilty pleasure of mine and IIRC, the SD is AOR, unlike "Honeymoon In Vegas" where the SD was FF and the Blu is AOR.
Soupy Sales, the rubber-faced comedian whose anything-for-a-chuckle career was built on 20,000 pies to the face and 5,000 live TV appearances across a half-century of laughs, died Thursday. He was 83. Read full story here
It was my 10th birthday and we were all up late watching it on the old B&W TV.
40 years later (my 50th B'day) my kids and I were watching the rebroadcast.
The only episode that I know for sure that has missing footage is "It's A Bundyful Life, Part 1 & 2" from Season 4. There are a few seconds missing that has to do with a reference to "Bundy snow cones".
I would recommend either renting or buying a calibration disk (Avia, Digital Video Essentials, Sound & Vision Home Theater Setup, etc) and going through the audio set-up procedure. You would also need a SPL meter (Radio Shack use to have an analog model but I think it is discontinued).
Those 2...
I think you need to provide more information, like what audio sources you are trying to connect to your Yamaha receiver (TV, DVD, Cable/Satellite Converter Box, etc). Also, what type of connections these devices will allow you to connect to your receiver,
It looks like that Yamaha can accept...
