There was a thread dating back to 2014 asking members to list there 10 top wants of 70s films for Bluray. What a difference 5 years can make: We collectively singled out 264ilms we wanted for Blu Ray (I weeded out doubles, tv movies and films mistakenly put in not from our Golden decade). I...

A great deal of desireable films from the Palomar library are MIA. The Stepford Wives..The Heartbreak Kid....Law and Disorder and yes Sleuth all deserve Blu ray upgrades.
With license agreements with Criterion, Shout and Kino and Warner Archives themselves, there are still quite a few that never made it to BluRay

20th Century Fox has(had) licensing deals through Shout!, Criterion, Twilight Time and Kino Lorber as well as its own division. Yet, with the possible absorption of the company by the notoriously catalog shy Disney, these films listed would be the Fox and the Hound that will hide them in plain...
I thought it would be fun to list the Universal titles we've been waiting from the 1970 -1979 and try to figure out who may release them. Twilight Time. Shout!...Kino...Arrow Releasing or Universal proper on Blu. Next to each title is the format it has been released on. D for DVD; V for VHS or...

Had the hindsight to purchase Sheila Levine is Dead and Living in New York....never on any video format before. InefFiciently watched it. Thought Jeanne Berlin did an outstanding job (yet this movie ruined her career after an Oscar nom in ). Why such hate?
The great 1975 tv movie is finally coming to DVD (never even made it to VHS in the states) on May 13 by a company called New Video Group.
I haven't seen this in nearly 40 years. Hopefully its as good as I remember it.
