Nope, it's an across the board delay, according to posters over at AVS that have talked to their Sony reps. They said they were just informed this morning about the delay.

I have decided to keep mine until at least next week to check out the Lionsgate releases. I want to see if it really is the format that sucks, or just the mastering job done by Sony. I am hoping that it's just a Sony screwup. If T2 and Lord of War look like junk as well though, back it goes.

I've had no problems with my HD-A1. The Best Buy near me gets all titles in on release day or before. They have a nice display setup in a nice area of the store. Most of the negative opinions I am hearing are from people that don't even own a player....

EB has been doing this for a long time. I got Star Wars: Episode 1 a week before street date from my local EB. Guess the e-tailers are where it's at now for getting things early.

I just listened to the Real Love video in DTS. My jaw is on the floor. BEST SOUND EVER I hear a ton of stuff that I NEVER heard in the CD version. If the rest of the stuff is anything like this (and I hear it is) then people are in for a real treat with this set. THIS IS A MUST HAVE DVD.
