I assume its just the same deleted scenes on the current disc re-inserted back into the movie via seamless branching (ala Replacement Killers and Casualties of War). Also, the theatrical trailers on the current disc will be removed in favor of a bunch of direct-to-video previews

I wouldn't be surprised if the SOB's at Sony remove every single theatrical trailer from all 20 movies for the R1 release.
