You know, the 2910 doesn't upconvert over component. I honestly thought it did. I can't find any instructions on doing that in the owner's manual. Then again, I've got it connected to my HDTV via HDMI, on which it does upconvert to 720p, the native resolution of the TV. If you guys can get hold...

I believe the 2910 upconverts through component. I'm still planning to be there. I should be there btw 3 and 4 as long as business doesn't interfere.

The 2910 is indeed universal. I have some SACDs I can bring....The Dark Side of the Moon (the BEST SACD surround mix out there!), Marvin Gaye, The Police (a dismal mix....)
