I can't believe no one has mentioned the unlucky week the crew is having with the bond car crashing into the lake on the way to filming and then a stunt man being critically injured in a rollover.
My last name is ranked number one, no big surprise. What I find funny about this is how it relates to my buddy's girlfriend. Her last name is Smith. Her dad's name is Mike Smith. He has two brothers, Tom and Joe. Talk about the most common, plain name combinations in the US. Is there a site that...
I'm not a fan of Cal, but watching that game last night was awesome. I think the Golden Bears might be the fastest team in NCAA football this season. On November 10, when they play USC at home, it's going to be a track meet, with the first team to 50 winning.
Just to clarify what I was saying in the "Now 1st Post", Someone had started this thread with a short review of the film, but that post is now gone. He stated that the film was really good for the first forty minutes and then, it turned into a rather bad B movie finish that wasn't worthy of the...
I have not seen it yet, but a couple of people have mentioned to me that it appears to be a not-so-exact remake of Death Wish. I'll save comparisons until I've seen it. I am looking forward to seeing it, though, so I hope you are wrong.
Nope, it's actually a case of the exact opposite. Private pay has increased due to the fact that insurers pay what they want when they want. It's not a matter of negotiation anymore. If a healthcare provider does not want to agree to the terms set forth by an insurer, then business is taken...
Just saw this in a new DLP theater and really liked it. There are some gripes, but overall, I thought it was a good, good movie. I will probably go see it again as part of the double feature at my local drive-in with Live Free or Die Hard.
Not trying to steer this in another direction, I just don't want to start a new thread to get a quick answer, but is there any truth to the reader comment posted about Mad Max 4 being pushed off because of shooting locale trouble associated with the war?
I actually saw this trailer before watching a movie with similar characters(hitmen) today, Lucky Number Slevin. Trailer looked really good, and I've got to say that Slevin was better than I though it would be. Can't wait to see how Killshot turns out.
I just saw PL tonight and I really enjoyed the film. As a matter of fact, I'm not entirely sure how to describe what I feel; all I can say is wow. On a side note, I've been humming, whistling the lullaby since I left the theater. I wasn't sure about seeing a foreign language film with subs, but...
I just watched a trailer for this, and I must say, I'm pleasantly surprised. As much bad as I've been reading, this trailer makes the movie look pretty good. On a side note, I could have sworn that some of the music was the same as in the Terminator movies.
Just want to add to the list. I noticed that Braveheart was mentioned, but I don't think this specific instance: When the riders are coming down on the Scots at the Battle of Stirling, Wallace keeps yelling "Hold." Yes, we know that the Scots have spears, but the build-up to the actual...
