I agree with the above statement. The SCS 135 is a great package for the money, especialy the sub. I started with that same exact package back in February. I've recently started upgrading my speakers. I'm still using 2 SCS 135s for my surrounds but my fronts have all been replaced with JBL S310s...

Here in Toronto, the digital boxes have coax out, and s-video out. Some of the shows on the Movie network (think HBO but in canada) are broadcast in 5.1 dolby digital. The rest just in doulby digital surround.

Robin, I know how you feel. However I too think that these JBL Studio series speakers are a great set of speakers. I currently have 2 S310's as mains, and the S-Center for the center. Next month, I'm upgrading my surrounds to 2 S38s. I listend to a LOT of speakers and I kept coming back to these...
