Thanks for the reply, Lewis. I am glad to see that it has a decent crossover for DVD-A and SACD. I do wish that it had delay settings for SACD though. I understand that the 2200 has the ability to add +10 db compensation to the subwoofer for DVD-A and SACD. Does the 2900 have this feature...
Does the bass management work properly on the Denon DVD 2200. What is the crossover? Does this unit allow for time delay? Will this unit output pure DSD or will it convert to PCM? I am not very concerned with the video performance. I use an RP91 for that. Thanks in advance. Jerry
Thanks for the input guys. It would be great if I could just roll on down to my local Target and pick one up. I will have to check this out. It isn't listed on the website. Jerry
John, Thanks for the info. I was unaware that they were the same. I assume that you got this information from Parasound? Is the same true in regards to the HCA-1000 and 1000A? Jerry
Eric, I used to run a similar configuration. I upgraded to a HCA 2003A and never looked back. The 2003A really allowed my NHT 2.5(86db, 6ohm) speakers to shine. I do not notice any problem with cross talk between the channels. Are you looking at the 2003 or 2003A? Jerry
