If direct tv dvr's (with tivo) can not be networked then why do they have usb ports? The manual says nothing about the usb ports, Just "for future use". does this mean that sometime in the future you will have this option?

Living room---HD sat receiver w/tivo bedroom--- sat receiver w/tivo and dvd burner. 2 standard sat receivers. Question--- If all tivos are networked, can you access recorded programs from any tivo and burn to dvd in bedroom? I know you cant burn HD. any input will be helpfull.

When watching Alien (directors cut) in dts, the picture keeps freezing. Does anyone els have this problem. When i play the same disk on my sony dvd there is no problems. Also, the dolby digital track works fine. Is this a software problem or player problem.

Just bought a Denon-dvd2200. When I play a dvd audio disk should the audio be dolby digital (5.1). My receiver is not detecting a 5.1 source. I am using a toslink cable connected to my denon avr4800 receiver. very confused!!!!!
