I'm not entirely sure that this is an unfixable problem. Sometimes the player will just "fix itself" and work just fine for a week and then start to act up again. This just happened yesterday, every disc I put in loaded on it's first try and now today it's back to not being cooperative.

I've had a Sony 5-Disc DVD player model# DVP-C660 for three years now. I've never had a problem with it until now. Whenever I put in a disc it gives me a "No Disc" message. I searched for the 3-disc edition at the Best Buy, Circuit City, Target and Wal-Mart in Salem, NH and none of them had it, just the 1-disc. I decided to try checking the Best Buy in Nashua, NH and there it was and for only $20.99. This had to be a misprice because it's in the flyer for $29.99.
