I've been curious to ask about this restoration again acctually since FOX is involved in MGM home video now. Was wondering if this increased its chances at all. Still holdin on to that old laserdisc copy hopin to see this movie get saved properly.

Warner does some of the best remastering there is. If these episodes have been remastered like some of their older movies they probably will look like their a week old instead of 50 years old. If they got the regular tv show on dvd treatment then theres probly nothing improved. They do all come...

Arg I acctually didnt wanna hear that after buying so many other copies. This has the same SE stuff as the last SE? Amazon and dvdempire dont have any details on these releases for some reason thats why im askin all this.

Im sure i possibly missed it in another thread but are all these mgm sony rereleases the same crumby transfers? The Graduate, Secret of NIMH west side story Some Like It Hot etc. I see nimh is still full screen. and graduate seems to not be listed as 16x9 so i am assuming there the same. thanks

THis is true too and is the original question i was asking. The dvd does contain a new interview so even if its not a new transfer the compression and all from a 06 pressing may make it better. Other then that i dont know.

Im wondering why nobody has said anything at these Warner chats about the horrible copy of Cabaret that Warner has out. It looks as bad as Return of the Pink Panther....Ill use that as an example. Its not 16.9 its not 5.1 and looks like it was run over several times. It won so many Oscars too...

I wish MSNBC would get on Sirius already. Its the one reason I havent switched from XM. Even half the hosts on MSNBC talks about how they have Sirius for Howard even when there exclusive to XM.

The digital Bits used the words remastered editions of the Pink Panther movies from Sony ....do i dare ask does that mean these are newer transfers they will have? Or the previous ones from the box set? thanks Dennis
