I actually had the same problem - both my Playstation 2 and Sony S330 had problems playing the movie in Chapter 16. Pixelation problems, slow downs, and finally downright stopping of the player. I exchanged at a different local Best Buy and the second time around the movie played just fine...

Ok - so it's asking for a 8 character password - each character is represent in hexe-decimal format by a series of 4 1's and 0's. The phrase "Go Deeper" is 8 characters but the hex-dex chart only lists the binary format for the numbers 0-9 and the letters A-F on it so I'm thinking the password...
