Being a cable guy, I don't know about the affects of weather on sat. TV, but I can say I had about 7 inches of snow on top of my XM antenna on my truck the other day, and no signal problems.

I can't imagine the FCC or FTC would allow this without some sort of price control guarantee or price cap regulation like they do with many of the cable systems, and I see this as a bad thing for both companies. Even if this could happen let's speculate what would happen to existing radio...

Agreed Fox doesn't have the best picture quality HD football when compared to CBS & ESPN, but they do have the best 5.1 mix of any rest. They really give you the in the stadium feel. Last weeks NFC Championship game you could hear plenty of the Philly fans going nuts.

If you're asking about season 6 on HBO, it's still another year away. I don't think a firm date for airing is set, but if I remeber right, Spring '06 was the target.

In my home area (Delaware) I rarely have a problem w/signal. Even under over-passes, I rarely lose signal, and if I do it's only for a second. BUT recently I drove to Atlanta, and I found a different situation. I experienced signal loss around buildings, trees, etc.
