Brian, I am running a crown ce1000 into my dual svs 20-39cs at 450w @4 ohms, all is well. I would definitely suggest looking into pro amps for subs.

Is there a market for 2 original svs 20-39cs drivers? I apparently placed this post in the wrong forum, as I wanted to get a idea what the going price is on these not start a auction. That seemed fairly clear in the original post! Having said that, I will sell these at $150 del for both.
