I'll ask again, hopefully people wont mind. Did anyone notice sound levels were mis-matched on some of the cartoons in this set? Dialog and some effects were mixed at lower levels than the music and effects tracks? Apparently another website which did a review of this title also noted it.
Has anyone had any sound balance issues on the Looney Tunes Collectors Choice Vol. I?
I started playing the disc with track two, and heard what appears to be an elevated music and effects track that seemed to overpower the dialogue track.
Thanks...
Al
I really enjoyed Elton's "Red Piano" Blu-ray disc of his residency show at Ceasar's.

Which made me remember this favorite scene from "Auntie Mame:"
Patrick: Is the English lady sick, Auntie Mame?
Auntie Mame: She's not English, darling... she's from Pittsburgh.
Patrick: She sounded English.
Auntie Mame: Well, when you're from Pittsburgh, you have to do something.”
My thoughts?
Forgetabout the shot. Watch RAH instead.
I think someone at Paramount owes him an apology. Sony sure knows how to treat him as he should be.
I think "Airport" has the most glorious main title / snow removal music ever! :)
I've always wondered if Bisset left the shoot early for some reason. She seems to disappear behind bandages after the explosion.
Wasn't Warner Hollywood used as an experimental theater over the past few years? I seem to remember they used to run sound and picture tests. Of course, I could be mixed up about this.
Thank you for your prompt, as well as informative. response to my question.
I never thought I would ever be able to own the complete Montez & Hall collection, much less on Blu-ray in HD with the wonderful quality Kino has been providing on their releases.
Thank you for this release (Montez & Hall). It's made my day.
I've looked around but have not seen how this set is configured. My guess is the three titles will be split over two discs, with Gypsy Wildcat on its own.
Update: Kino did send me a form acknowledgement. It was very much appreciated.
Original post: A thank you for addressing this issue. May I make a suggestion?
In the future, can you have your form send an e-mail acknowledgement back to the person who requested the replacement?
My guess is...
