Just watched the finale. Yes, that was quite jam packed. I'd like to think that if the strikes didn't happen and they had more episodes then it might have been a two-parter. They could have ended the first part with the fate of the DJ being unknown.
The TVLIne article was quite interesting...
I shared the Aardman Animations episode, "I Am Your Mother" as a special Mother's Day treat for my wife last night. It was great the second time around and I think my wife enjoyed it .
From the preview for next week's episode, I believe that will be Moffat's episode.
The two episodes tonight were entertaining. Some repetition in the first episode of some things RTD introduced previously.
One interesting thing is he left a giant gap in Ruby's timeline between the two episodes.
Just noticed a Star Wars newsletter in my email. They have two articles of interest.

Nice appreciation article in the Washington Post today. This should be one of my gift articles this month.

Recently watched the 4th episode with commentary. They point out loads of easter eggs as they appear. They all sound like they had a great time and are having a great time with the commentary. During the closing credits Terry points out how each image refers to something happening during the...
I just watched the first episode and enjoyed it a lot.
The line where the ghost says that Crystal was an American passed right by me as I thought she was English the whole episode. I had to go back to check on that.
Way behind in watching. Watched Episode 4, "The Eightfold Fence", this week. I am listening to the official podcast and they discuss one of the changes from the book and their original script for this episode - the type of weaponry used. I really am enjoying the podcasts for the episodes...
Hard to believe it will end next week. There seems to be too much to do in one episode to be a satisfying finale. Looking forward to seeing what happens.
Just watched the season finale. Just 8 episodes, but jam packed. Loads of cliffhangers there. And we still don't know where the bomb is.
Probably too close to air date for
No official word that I can see about whether it will be renewed or not. I saw some articles that also said it is...
That's sad news. I wanted to see the new dynamic.
Here is the Deadline article about it.

One nice quote from one of the showrunners:
Yes, these days when they pay the big bucks for including a song they usually also pay for the rights for including it on the physical media release. There are loads of older shows (originally broadcast before DVDs) that went through a ton of difficulties negotiating those rights.
There will be no second series on Hulu.

"The show failed to make much of an impact with audiences upon its release, having never cracked the Nielsen Top 10 streaming rankings since episodes began dropping on Hulu."
We finished watching the series on Wednesday night. That was great. I've read all your comments through page 36 so far. I'll read more later.
I started watching the special features on the Blu-ray. I am glad I waited until after watching the whole series as there definitely are "spoilers"...
Yes, indeed that was a huge episode on many fronts.
The next episode is the season finale. I wish I didn't watch the preview it seemed to give too much away. I am very much looking forward to seeing it when I get back from vacation. I hope the DVR doesn't have any problems.
Just watched the third episode. They had extra space in the timeslot so they added on some series background for a few minutes. They also mentioned that there is an official podcast. I just started listening to the first and there is some good information on how they made the series including...
I finally got around to watching the first two episodes last night and tonight. It definitely takes a while to get into it. By the end of the second episode I was thoroughly engrossed. I will watch more this week.
I definitely did not recognize Nestor Carbonelli in the first two episodes. I...
I finally watched the final episode. I had been watching them weekly and then I had been busy with some other things. I was quite surprised the final episode was so short. I had been wondering what the point of all showing us all the ancestors. They were bringing some of that in during the...
