The Disclaimer

Standard disclaimer: All prices are taken from the websites of each chain, or from their printed Sunday advertisements. All prices are subject to change by each chain. Prices and inventory in-store may or may not match the website price.

I, obviously, cannot include EVERY title released in a given week in the RoundUp. The titles included are those that I am interested in…as well as those which I consider will be of interest to a majority of consumers (and sometimes I’ll miss one!). I don’t get paid for this, and I don’t have the time to list every DVD. So, please don’t complain! If there is a title not included in the RoundUp that you want to see, PLEASE just look it up yourself, and be nice enough to post and share the results with everyone!

Thank you, Mike!

Just in case it wasn't totally clear from the graphic in the first post, 42nd Street being released by Liberator next week is a professionally filmed recording of the stage musical as presented in London a few years ago. It made the rounds in movie theaters as a Fathom Event and then aired on PBS after that.

Thanks for the prices, Mike.

I hope I'll get to send you a notification of a review for Bringing Up Baby at some point in the coming week. I haven't gotten the review disc yet, however.

Not having the disc hasn't stopped many of the "experts*" here at HTF from commenting on it ;)!

Disappointed there’s no Strangelove Steelbook from Best Buy after the past few Kubrick UHD releases had them, but we get a Space Jam…smh

I've got it on pre-order. I've ready many terrific reviews of the production and am looking forward to seeing what all the fuss is about.

People have been waiting for an HD release of Bringing Up Baby for quite some time. This is the week! :D

Some other interesting selections as well.

Happy (and safe) shopping! :thumbs-up-smiley:
So many of the classic comedies of the thirtys need an audience to enjoy. I can remember first seeing THE AWFUL TRUTH at the L.A. County Museum of Art when they had a weekly series curated by Ron Haver. My family and I all roared at Ralph Bellamy's comments about being from Oklahoma (also my origin). Viewing it later on video, it is enjoyable, but in no way hilarious. I probably first saw BRINGING UP BABY there, and have always loved it.
