The Disclaimer

Standard disclaimer: All prices are taken from the websites of each chain, or from their printed Sunday advertisements. All prices are subject to change by each chain. Prices and inventory in-store may or may not match the website price.

I, obviously, cannot include EVERY title released in a given week in the RoundUp. The titles included are those that I am interested in…as well as those which I consider will be of interest to a majority of consumers (and sometimes I’ll miss one!). I don’t get paid for this, and I don’t have the time to list every DVD. So, please don’t complain! If there is a title not included in the RoundUp that you want to see, PLEASE just look it up yourself, and be nice enough to post and share the results with everyone!

The onslaught of high-profile new releases continues this week with some really fun films coming to us for either the first time or in new release versions.

I'm SURE there's something for everyone this coming week. I triple-dog-dare-ya to tell me that this is an "off week" for you! :D

Safe shopping!

In terms of discs, it is -- but that's a good thing because NEXT week is the super expensive one here.

But I do have a book coming from Amazon this week, and I'm glad it's the only thing.

Thanks for your work, Mike!

It's an off week for... naw, can't do it. ;) I will pick up the Criterion version of The Great Escape during the next sale.

I will be getting Birds of Prey (or Harley Quinn...or whatever the "official" name of the movie is at this point) down the road. I don't need to get it right now, especially, with everything coming down the pike. Next week is a doozy.

Thanks Mike!

The official name is still Birds Of Prey (And The... blah blah blah. The Harley Quinn thing was just marketing for the theatrical release.

  • Film Noir: The Dark Side Of Cinema II
  • The Man from the Alamo / They Came to Cordura Double Feature
  • Mystery of the Wax Museum

Nothing I need immediately. Will likely pick up Fantasy Island and Call of the Wild at some point.

Still catching up with some recent releases a few weeks old. Just received 1917, Jumanji: The Next Level, and Underwater this week.

Remember how I said I had an off week without a disc purchase? Who else with an off week this week ended up buying something in the Twilight Time sale? Not a new release, but still. Even the off weeks end up being busy. ;)

I forgot to say earlier that it appears the Studio Gibli steelbooks coming from GKIDS and Shout Factory this week are the exact same discs as previously released in keepcase packaging. I would normally love to have those in fancy packaging, but I don't reel the need to double dip, especially with the rather plain-looking covers.
