The Disclaimer

Standard disclaimer: All prices are taken from the websites of each chain, or from their printed Sunday advertisements. All prices are subject to change by each chain. Prices and inventory in-store may or may not match the website price.

I, obviously, cannot include EVERY title released in a given week in the RoundUp. The titles included are those that I am interested in…as well as those which I consider will be of interest to a majority of consumers (and sometimes I’ll miss one!). I don’t get paid for this, and I don’t have the time to list every DVD. So, please don’t complain! If there is a title not included in the RoundUp that you want to see, PLEASE just look it up yourself, and be nice enough to post and share the results with everyone!

Nothing for me this week.

Thanks for the prices, Mike! :)

I was just coming in here to say the exact same thing. Thanks, Mike!

I have a lot of things I want in May, so April being relatively slow is just fine by me.

I really liked Parasite so would maybe consider Memories of Murder from Criterion at some point, but it would be a blind purchase. It can wait until a Criterion sale.

Any week with a major MGM musical is not a light week in my book.

Annie Get Your Gun for me.

Thanks for the RoundUp, Mike.

If I hadn't reviewed them, I definitely would have purchased the two releases I covered. Excellent movies.

And nothing spectacular, but for those that missed the first release and have access:

Disney's The Best of Mickey: Fantasia, Fantasia 2000, and Celebrating Mickey BD+DVD (3 Movie) -- DMC Exclusive releases Tuesday 4/20/2021.

Mine came today -- haven't had a chance to go very much, but no Sunflower and no Deems Taylor. This appears to be pretty much the same disc as teh 2010 release. It does have Digital and DMI Points -- 3 separate codes. Digital Codes aren't active yet so i can't say what extras (or additional extras) are included there. I'm not seeing any Itunes logos so my guess is it's not going to be redeemable directly for those hoping for a longshot of a 4K release someday.

The Fantasia that Never Was

It does not have the short Disney Museum Introduction, it doesn't seem to have the interactive Art Galley, and the Audio Commentary with Roy Disney, James Levine, Scott McQueen and John Canemaker that was on the DVD and 2010 Bluray. The MAKING OF feature also appears to be missing.
