Standard disclaimer: All prices are taken from the websites of each chain, or from their printed Sunday advertisements. All prices are subject to change by each chain. Prices and inventory in-store may or may not match the website price.

I, obviously, cannot include EVERY title released in a given week in the RoundUp. The titles included are those that I am interested in…as well as those which I consider will be of interest to a majority of consumers (and sometimes I’ll miss one!). I don’t get paid for this, and I don’t have the time to list every DVD. So, please don’t complain! If there is a title not included in the RoundUp that you want to see, PLEASE just look it up yourself, and be nice enough to post and share the results with everyone!

And, happy Thanksgiving, too!

Nothing for me this week (been PLENTY business enough with various sales in recent weeks!).

Was considering Best of Cinerama...but after reading Matt's review I'm leaning more towards the earlier This is Cinerama release. But, they ALL look good. The only Smilebox disc I own now is How the West Was Won.

Thanks, Mike, as usual for your work!

Kubo and the Two Strings is my favorite film so far this year and I highly recommend it to anyone even remotely interested in checking it out. So obviously I'll be picking that one up, and Hell or High Water as well, which is also terrific.

I'd really like The Squid and the Whale, too, but it will have to wait since I can't get all three this week.

I'll be picking up Rabid. Maybe I'll get One Eyed Jacks and The Squid And The Whale since they're on sale.

Hell Or High Water is one of the year's best so I'd easily recommend a rental.

Thanks for the prices, Mike! :)

Oops...I should have also included MST3K Vol. 37 in my earlier post, making that 3 items for this week.

After several weeks where there were few if any TV releases of interest to me, it's nice to finally have a week with 3 coming out at one time.

Thanks for the round-up!

The Target 10% off required a coupon that was in the circular or that could be sent to your phone.

Most of the pre-Black-Friday specials are in displays near the children's clothing sections ... note: many do not have slip covers and the Target exclusive version of Ice Age 6 IS part of the $10 bluray sale!.You will probably need to go to the media area to get a copy ...

For those who have not shopped for Black Friday(aka Thursday) specials at Target note that games will often be in the mens/boys clothing section, the movies in or near children's/baby section and the TV's in the Ladies clothing area ...

Happy shopping

It does indeed! Thanks, Bryan, for pointing that out.

RoundUppers: I've heard from an HTF member that their Target flyer is showing different prices for Kubo and the Two Strings. Their flyer shows $22.99 Blu and $19.99 DVD.

So, maybe, Target is doing some regional pricing? Don't know. I'd love to hear if any of you are seeing anything different from this image in my local Target flyer:

You can verify the price by going to www.target,com and clicking on weekly ad then putting in your ZIP code Website says bluray is $22.99 but print ad says $19.99 Just in case if you have a Best Buy in your area take the Best Buy ad in with you (on your phone if you didn't get a print ad) If it doesn't scan at $19.99 take the disc with you to Costumer (dis)Service and get a price match expect them to try to not give it to you and eventually they will look it up themselves (or go to Wal*Mart for an easier price match) ...

I really shouldn't get anything before Thursday/Friday, but I have this weird...thing...for Zac Efron comedies and Mike and Dave is calling to me. If I get to Target this week, great. I'll get it. But I'm not sure that's going to happen.

Besides, just dropped about $150 for Christmas crafting supplies this weekend.....

Universal's mailing list emailed me a $3 off coupon for Kubo and the Two Strings. I would post it here but I'm not sure how to do it since it's a link that is embedded in the email and may only work for email subscribers. In any case, if you get emails from Universal and want this, check your inbox.

At my store Kubo Bluray had a sign for $19.99 (Regular $22.99) and scanned for $19.99 (Wal*Mart has it for $19.96) keep in mind these prices ma not be valid after Wednesday night ... Costco's regular price is $19.99

In addition to using the Roundup, I sometimes will look at store ads because we do not subscribe to a print newspaper so we do not get physical ads automatically.

The Target.com "view the ad" feature insisted that Kubo was $22.99 on Blu-ray and $19.99 on DVD. I went out of my way to seek a physical Best Buy ad for purposes of price-matching, and at that point I also acquired a physical Target ad -- which showed $19.99 for the Blu-rayand $17.99 for the DVD, matching Mike's scan.

When I got to the store today, the shelf price was $22.99 for the Blu and $19.99 for the DVD, matching the website -- so I pointed the lower ad price out to the cashier and expected to have to politely argue it. But it rang up as $19.99 anyway -- less $3 from the coupon I received via email that I wrote about earlier.

So I have it, but man, it was sure a lot of drama over the price. Hell or High Water was easier, as that was advertised at $19.99 consistently and rang up as such.
