/Vid, off n on fer over 20 years now and, as a hobbyist, been out of it fer a while.. n BOY!!.. some new changes in the industry of AV tech!!
Lost touch fer years..now lots of wireless products n streaming mediums have arrived, cellphone apps that even EQ sound or even help one design media spaces! ..plus HDBlu, HDR10 n 4k!!
Of course, the basics still stay the same and , fundamentality, lots of newbies on forums, still learning ins in outs n navigating the common mistakes n which equip to buy, how to's of setup tips, room acoustics n layout advice, room construction woes n mistakes, and continued inflow of new interest from newbies!
GOOD!! ALWAYS something to be learned n to talked about fer us all!.. even much that gets missed in the passing of time n the advancements of new technology!?! Yet regardless, lot of this stuff all must still fit and work in a typically small domestic acoustic environment , that's difficult to get things RIGHT! ..n thus easy to do so much incorrectly!! Important things stay the same here, I'm reassured of, never the less

WE CAN ALL LEARN THIS STUFF TOGETHER!!!! FREEEEEDOOOOOME!!!(Braveheart cry!). Yup. Very cool...
