I altered my list from yesterday. I can't believe I forgot to include The Blue Angel, and also wasn't thinking in terms of Perceval Le Gallois being a musical, which of course it is.

A Hard Day's Night would be at the top. I love that movie. I haven't seen too many musicals, but I guess my list would include Fiddler on the Roof, West Side Story, a bunch of Disney flicks, Moulin Rouge, and South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut.
Leaving films aside, best I've seen on Broadway, in no particular order... Les Miserables (and an Anniversary performance) Rent Chicago (revival, '96) Guys and Dolls (revival, '92) Carousel (revival, '94) West Side Story (revival, '80 I think) Avenue Q The Producers A Chorus Line Man of La Mancha (revival, '02)
