This got covered by Slashdot a few weeks ago. I think the guy is very brave and certainly deserves some kudos for giving it a good shot and wearing it. However I think he needs to hit the gym and before he looks his... err.. 'best' in it.

Personally, I think "good costume" and that he was brave to wear it. But I gotta agree with Rob. If one is going to wear a tight body suit like that, get a codpiece.
