Let's see where this idea goes....

I am going to create a hypothetical situation:

For some reason, you are asked to give up your entire Blu-ray collection. However, you are allowed to keep ONE title from each studio.

Naturally, this title is one you already own and represents your most favorite movie from that studio.

You can copy and paste the following template to give your response:

Criterion:
Disney:
Fox/MGM:
Kino:
MGM (under Fox label):
Olive:
Paramount:
Shout Factory:
Twilight Time:
Universal:
Warner:

You are not grasping what I am asking for here.

These are titles you already own on Blu-ray

Here are my choices (and this was TOUGH):

Criterion: Charade
Disney: Sleeping Beauty
Fox/MGM: Rodgers and Hammerstein Collection
Kino: Witness for the Prosecution
MGM (under Fox label): James Bond 50th Anniversary Collection
Olive: Johnny Guitar
Paramount: Breakfast at TIffanys
Sony: Lawrence of Arabia
Twilight Time: Hush...Hush, Sweet Charlotte
Universal: Marx Brothers Movie Collection
Warner: Harry Potter Collection

I went back and added Sony to the list. I took out Shout Factory since I know I have some Blus released by them, but since none sprang to mind immediately, I must not love them like I do the ones I have chosen.

With the understanding that Criterion, Kino, Olive, Shout and TT are not actually studios, these would be my choices:

Criterion: Agreeing with above poster, IT'S A MAD, MAD, MAD, MAD WORLD
Disney: THE JUNGLE BOOK (3D) / SLEEPING BEAUTY (original Blu) Tie -- I'll have to mull this over.
Fox/MGM: JAMES BOND 50th ANNIVERSARY BOX SET*
Kino: THE QUATERMASS XPERIMENT
MGM (under Fox label): SINGIN' IN THE RAIN
Olive: THE QUIET MAN (Signature Edition)
Paramount: SUNSET BLVD.
Shout Factory: THE EXTRAORDINARY ADVENTURES OF ADELE BLANC-SEC
Twilight Time: JOURNEY TO THE CENTER OF THE EARTH (Re-master)
Universal: UNIVERSAL MONSTERS ESSENTIAL COLLECTION*
Warner: CONTACT (an early Blu-ray needing remastering, but my favorite nonetheless)

adding:
Sony (/Columbia): BRIDGE ON THE RIVER KWAI

*
The "rules" of the OP do not specifically restrict box sets, which technically are "one title."

I see that the way to cheat here is to choose a box set. Aha!

I don't actually have a good enough grasp of my collection based upon which studio released the titles so I will have to do RESEARCH now to sort this out.

I can try to do some off the top of my head...

Twilight Time: The Last Detail

This is very tough because I also love their release of Major Dundee and that they have done other Peckinpah films but because Ron is a very cruel man and he wants to take all my stuff except one I would find it very hard to part with what I think is one of Nicholson's greatest moments on film and a film I had long hoped would make it to blu-ray...so I will go with Jack and Hal and Randy and Otis here.

Olive: The Quiet Man

This choice is sort of a place holder until I figure out what other Olive films releases I own. However, when I think of Olive Films the first film that comes into my head is The Quiet Man and the fact that they did it twice and the second go is pretty wonderful. Also, this is just a great film and one that I remember watching as a boy with my grandfather who reminded everybody of John Wayne. I recall he loved this film and I always love watching it now for so many reasons so this will probably be my choice here...did I mention Ron is a cruel man?

Criterion: Blow Out

Come on, really? Only one Criterion? Ron is a cruel bastard...we all know this right? I should probably choose a box set here because that's fair game but I love Brian De Palma and this I would say this is my favorite film from him. Of course this means they are going to take my Welles films and my Tarkovsky films, and my Kubrick films including Dr. Strangelove which is only probably my all time favorite film...but I love watching this Criterion blu-ray of Blow Out. I should also mention that I am fairly pissed off that right after I acquire my Criterion blu-ray of Being There they come and take that away. Ron is truly a mean spirited human being, we all know this right? And hey there goes that amazing blu of Brando in One Eyed Jacks I only had for a short time. Damn it, Ron! What is wrong with you? Wait maybe I should keep a box set, America Lost and Found or the Cassavetes set...wait I need a moment to collect myself...

Kino: The Long Goodbye

I could cheat here and keep a European release of The Long Goodbye but Ron, being that big bad meanie that he is, did not mention we could cheat like that. I have a lot of Kino releases. So, thanks to Ron, who really is a bad guy you know that right, I will be saying bye bye to a lot of stuff but Altman's The Long Goodbye is a tremendous film that I really love. Elliott Gould and Sterling Hayden in this are just fantastic. Really this could also be a place holder because there are so many films from Kino in my collection I should think more on this. I also love that they put out the Brando/Nicholson western The Missouri Breaks so I have to give that up now? Thanks, Ron!

Shout Factory: John Carpenter's The Thing

I mean they have done a lot of great work with Carpenter films so it would have to be one of those I think. So, since Ron is so evil...I mean the guy is Satan himself...I guess I would have to go Carpenter here.

OK, that's as far as I can go at the moment I have to go sit in a corner and weep for a couple of hours...

This is my place holder post as I'll have to give this some serious thought with my 3,200+ BD collection.
You and I both, though my collection is not as large as yours, running at 2,100, including DVDs.
This is a great idea, Ron. I want to consider this carefully, as this is a (hypothetically) one-time shot to pick the titles before the rest of my collection is gone, gone, gone.

*EDIT:

This was a tough one, and makes me glad that I don't actually have to make this decision. I think if this was an actual requirement, I would have picked more collections from each studio/distributor. Interesting to see that these are not necessarily my all-time favorite or top ten films, but films I would want to have and enjoy re-watching.

As it stands right now:

Criterion: Tokyo Story
This is just a great movie.
Disney: Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs - Diamond Edition
I love the extras on this, particularly the audio of Walt Disney
Fox/MGM: Patton
A great performance by George C. Scott and wonderful screenplay by Coppola
Kino: Buster Keaton: The Shorts Collection 1917-1923
I need my Buster fix, and Cops is my favorite movie short of all-time
MGM (under Fox label): Alfred Hitchcock: The Classic Collection
I get to sneak in three movies for one!
Olive: Angel and the Badman
A favorite John Wayne film of mine
Paramount: Indiana Jones: The Complete Collection
Really more for Raiders
Shout Factory: The Sure Thing
Classic 80's comedy with great lines that I still reference
Twilight Time: The Man from Laramie
Anthony Mann and James Stewart. 'Nuf said
Universal: The Ghost and Mr. Chicken
I watch this film every year. My fave Don Knotts comedy, and it has many ties to TAGS
Warner: Rio Bravo
My favorite "hang-out" movie.

Criterion: Akira Kurosawa's Dreams
Disney: The Force Awakens (gotta hang onto at least one 3D title!)
Fox/MGM: Alien
Kino: _
MGM (under Fox label): was gonna say Poltergeist, but I see that's distributed by WB, so I dunno.
Olive: _
Paramount: Raiders of the Lost Ark
Shout Factory: John Carpenter's The Thing
Twilight Time: The Fabulous Baker Boys
Universal: Jaws
Warner: Blade Runner

Pretty vanilla choices perhaps, but these are films I absolutely can't live without. :)

[EDIT: I notice you've taken the time to list the studios in alphabetical order. On some strange level, I find that deeply satisfying! :D]

I love Jim's picks above. With having to get rid of so many of those, can I come visit and get my Duke fix? :)

Well Ron, it ain't so bad if you can go international. I take it, by studio, you mean video publisher. As there are vast amounts of boutique video publishers in the USA, Europe and Asia, I could haul quite a suitcase of titles. But I know you just want a short list, so this is my essential desert island list:

Arrow: Withnail & I
MGM: Robocop (4K Remaster)
Criterion: The New World
Warner Archive: Out Of The Past
Disney: Dumbo
Universal: Schindler's List
Kino: Steamboat Bill Jr.
Warner: Casablanca (remastered)
Twilight Time: As Good As It Gets
Olive: Johnny Guitar
Paramount: The Godfather
Shout Factory: Road House
Studio Ghibli Collection (Japanese): Only Yesterday
Sony: Lawerence Of Arabia
Artificial Eye: The Duke Of Burgundy
StudioCanal: Ran
BFI: The Werner Herzog Collection
Alliance Films: Exotica
Lionsgate: Ex Machina
Eureka: Shane
Flicker Alley: A trip To The Moon
Carlotta: Heaven's Gate
Netwerk: The Ipcress File
Optimum: Kind Hearts and Coronets
ITV Studios: Company Of Wolves
