November 5 will probably be the most money I have ever spent on dvd's in one day. With the following being released:
-Star Trek:TNG Season 5
-X-Files Season 6
-Babylon 5 Season 1
-Hawk the Slayer
-Spiderman (a couple of days before)
Plus a week or 2 later is the supposed release of the Band of Brothers box set.

I hear you, Todd. In addition to "X-Files" S6, "ST:TNG" S5, and "B5" S1, I'll also be picking up the complete "Sports Night" set on 11/5.
Oh well, I need to go on a diet anyway...

November and December are my "Blackout" months. During these months, I'm not allowed to buy any dvds for myself, so that people have a chance to get them for me for Christmas.
In the past, it was annoying. This year, I'm thankful!

Craig, You reminded me about those other shows coming that day. At first I was upset that Disney didn't release any shows I wanted. But, after seeing what day they are releasing them. I am kinda of glad.

Huh. Link Removed, an official type site, it still says the 19th.
And I just checked official Wb online resources, and they still list nothing at all for this.
Did you just get a new press release or something?

David, I read about it from someone who was at the VSDA. He said that the people at HBO were touting it for 11/5. He could have the dates wrong. I actually hope it is. If it come out on the 19th, I will be on a different credit card cycle.

Well, it's getting worse. I just spoke to someone at Voyager Entertainment. The series 2 box set for Star Blazers will be out, you guessed it, November 5.
Maybe, we can move the holidays up one month.
