Plot: The Blue Meanies take over Pepperland, draining it of all its color and music, firing anti-music missiles, bonking people with green apples, and turning the inhabitants to stone by way of the pointed finger of a giant blue glove. As the only survivor, the Lord Admiral escapes in the yellow submarine and goes to Liverpool to enlist the help of the Beatles.

Tomorrow I'm going to a screening of a new 4K scan of Yellow Submarine at my local Landmark owned theater. Does anyone else have a screening lined up near them?

Did play the Blu-ray a few months ago when I saw all my Beatles movies over a weekend including my only bootleg Let It Be. Great film and the songs too.

Great time at a sold out showing of Yellow Submarine last night. Looked and sounded fantastic.
