Yellow spot on TV during bright white scenes (1 Viewer)

At first when I saw this yellow spot on my JVC 32020 I thought I had a magnet close to the screen. But there isn't anything near it.
When watching a DVD and there is a very bright white scene the TV turns a 4 inch spot (on the left side) on my TV yellow. It's almost like the TV can handle the white correctly. How do I fix this?

Is it always in the same spot or does it flicker? Like its on the screen or seomthing flickering in the CRT? Do you see this on any other input (CATV, VCR, etc.)?

Greetings.
More than likely, your contrast is too too high!!!!. This is wrecking the TV big time. High contrast on sets with poor power supplies results in yellowing of various spots of the TV.
In some cases, it results in both a blue spot and a yellow spot on the left and right sides of center respectively.
