Yamaha RX-Z1 and Parsound 2205AT (1 Viewer)

I will be receiving my RX-Z1 about the middle of the week and am curious what you guys think this combo will sound like. I always look at the Yamaha threads and see people talking about the Yamaha's sounding bright. Do you guys think that using this amp will tone down some of the brightness? I always find that some of the THX modes sound a little dull as I prefer a more detailed sound. Any comments would be appreciated.
