Yamaha RX-V795aRDS or RXV620RDS ? (1 Viewer)

A friend of mine is currently updating his HT, and is choosing between the Yamaha RX-V795aRDS and RXV620RDS, has anyone heard any of these ? My understanding is that the RXV620RDS incorporates a newer chip, whilst the RX-V795aRDS is slightly more powerful. Which one would you guys recommend ?
