Yamaha rx - V685 update failed - error msg (1 Viewer)

hi there

My Yamaha amp Rx V685 is stuck on *update failed...Even though the amp update installs successfully via the network.

Any ideas to factory reset... the videos I have followed are for earlier models and don’t work for this model. Please advise

HERE is the full owner's manual. I'm sure it's in there somewhere.

Thank you seems like I need a technician to fix, as the initial update was interrupted and the system is now in limbo.
